My favorite subjects

A few weeks ago (before the rain and tornadoes killed “spring” and it randomly became winter again), I took the girls out for a little photo session. I spent more hours (and money) than I care to admit putting these outfits together for a studio mini-session with the oober-talented girls at Fresh Art Photography and couldn’t resist putting them back on for a few more pics in the great outdoors.

My sweet and creative friend Krissy came along to help and ended up taking as many cute pics as I did (while I bribed and begged the girls to cooperate 🙂 ).

I couldn’t resist sharing some favorites:

Emery was being a total stinker and wouldn’t sit on the box by herself so I sat down to tickle her and make her laugh and Krissy grabbed these pics…I could not love them more (the pics and the kids in them 🙂 )

I could not pick a favorite  if I had to, but I totally love this series (thanks Krissy)…

Dear sweet baby girls: you may not have baby books,  but you’ll have a whole bunch of damn good pictures on an external hard-drive somewhere 🙂 That counts, right?
