Lauri & Jim {} Married

When you’re greated at the door with this kind of sweetness…

…and you have the privilege of capturing this kind of adorable…

…you know it’s going to be a day full of this kind of beauty.

Lauri and Jim got married at the Jewel Box in Forest Park and it. was. gorgeous.

Now that I have little girls, I literally get choked up at every wedding during that sweet little moment right before a Daddy walks his baby down the aisle…thanks to Krissy for capturing this one perfectly.

I caught a few ceremony pictures “stalker style” and it was clear that love was in the air.

The weather did NOT cooperate on Lauri and Jim’s day, but you would never have known it by the way these girls rocked the short dresses in the frigid temps.

…and for once there were no complaints from the guys about being hot in their tuxes…they were poised and dapper while enjoying the long sleeves and jackets 🙂

Can’t say enough of about what a great group of friends Lauri and Jim have…they were so fun to work with from start to finish!

…and the love between these two was palpable all day long…

…and whenever I wanted a big smile from Lauri, I just told her to look at Jim and this was the result!

I’ve heard a lot of toasts in my day, but none more funny…

…or heartfelt than these.

And as the evening came to a close there was more love…

more sweet father/daughter moments…

…a whole ‘lotta funky dance moves…

Dear Lauri and Jim: thanks for braving the cold, enduring the wind, patiently awaiting our detour through the east-side and being a TOTAL delight the whole day through. It was a privilege.
