Kelly & Gary Married {} St. Louis Wedding Photography

Kelly and Gary were married in an intimate ceremony in a park last summer. On their one year anniversary (aka the hottest day of 2011), they threw a party for their closest friends and family to celebrate their marriage!

Kelly got her hair done and put her dress back on and looked beautiful!

…and you know it’s love when one year later these are the expressions of the “first look”…

um. your ring is gorgous…just sayin.

Their reception was at a quaint old house in Kirkwood…fortunately it was a beautiful setting for pics because it was absomalutely too hot to go anywhere (we literally jumped outside for 4 pictures and then back in to cool off…and back out…and back in…and then even that became unbearable after 30 minutes!)

I loved their colors…and their party favors…and of course their cupcakes 🙂

It’s one thing to listen to a man say sweet things to his bride before he’s actually had to live with her…it’s exponentially more touching to hear his love expressed in words a year into life together…these two are the real deal.

Dear Kelly and Gary: It was a privilege to be part of your intimate gathering…I hope you find these pictures worth all the blood, sweat and tears it took to get them (ok, well maybe it was just sweat, but it sure was A LOT of it! )…congratulations!
