It’s a small world…

Josh and I went to high school together. His little sister was in my class and he was friends with my brother. His wife found me through a friend of hers (who happens to be my sister-in-law (thanks Meg) but she didn’t know that). Sarah’s parents know mine (which I didn’t know until I got there)…all to say…it’s such a small world.

Sarah and Josh’s little girls are adorable (you will soon see)…but the most fun part of this shoot was that her brother flew in from out of town as a surprise to their parents. With the whole fam together, Sarah arranged a photo shoot as a gift to her parents…so thoughtful.

I could tell immediately that Sarah’s parents are very fun grandparents and the girls totally love them!

They were pretty excited about their uncle being there to play too!

I told you their girls are adorable (they clearly have good genes)!

They also have tons (and I mean TONS!) of energy.

Favorite. I think it’s the bow-in-hair-wrestling-on-the-ground thing they’ve got goin’ on.

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that this is where they get it (not the bow-in-hair-part, but for sure the sibling throw-down):

We did sneak in a few “formal” shots in between all the banter…

…and then back to the way life really happens…
