Caroline…St. Louis Senior Photography
So I didn’ t tell Caroline’s mom this when she called to schedule, but this was my first attempt at a full-fledged senior portrait session. I, of course, have done thousands of pictures of “individuals”, so I felt fine about taking the job, but as I was pulling up to Caroline’s house I was more nervous than I was when I shot my first wedding. I think I was remembering my own senior portrait session: me as the insecure, slightly awkward tomboy in a janky portrait studio with a balding old man snapping his fingers at me as he ordered me into the cheesiest of poses.
Suffice it to say, for many reasons, my senior pictures, SO did not look like this:
Caroline is absolutely beautiful…are you kidding me with those AH-mazing eyes? Whatever I was nervous about when I pulled in quickly shifted to being anxious ONLY that my pictures would not do her justice.
Her family lives in a beautiful century home in Wildwood and her mom has T0. Die. For. decorating style. I spoted this red chair on my way in the door and literally started drooling over it.
I’m tellin’ ya…the girl is gorgeous.
A quick outfit change and onto more amazingness!
Is it just me, or does this picture scream country music star? 🙂
Dear Caroline, you are abso-ma-lutely gorgeous. Period. What else is there to say really? If the red chair goes missing you’ll know where to look first 🙂
